VEYER oil stone CNC grinding head are great for CNC Robotics deburring and polishing, without damage for metal parts when CNC grinding. The metal finishing effects are great, reaching very smooth and shiny surface.  Commonly used in aluminum alloys,copper, magnesium alloy, stainless steel, iron with small burrs like below 0.1mm.

How to use

1. Clamp the tool handle to the machine spindle;
2. The machine tool is programmed to set the speed, feed, cutting amount, etc.;
3. Make the oil stone head contact the grinding surface, and walk the stroke and reciprocate grinding on the surface.

Notes Precautions for Use

1---Our back hole deburring tools will break off when:
being used beyond the maximum rotational speed
being used with a pneumatic tool
2---Target burrs size
Burr root thickness of below 0.1mm (Burrs are easily bent with a fingernail)
