Purpose Of Processing: Remove the burrs from the openings to make the surface smooth and flat.

Use A Brush: VEYER Glue wrapped wire brush

Processing Conditions: CNC automated machining

Machining Parameters: S=2000r/min

Processing Time: Grind each opening for about 1sec to remove the burrs.

Processing Effect: The burrs on the edges of each opening have been removed.

Service Life: Actual use of customers, different part materials and different processing conditions will affect the lifespan of the brush.
