Application Of Deburring For Stainless Steel

1. Burrs On Metal Surfaces And Holes:

For this part of the burrs, we can use our Veyerbrush ceramic fiber surface brush to polish and remove them. They are particularly good at removing fine burrs with a root thickness of less than 0.2mm after mechanical processing. They can penetrate into small gaps on the surface of the workpiece, accurately remove burrs, and protect the rest of the workpiece surface from damage.Using ceramic fibers as abrasives, the cutting edge of the brush tip has ultra-high grinding force. Significant polishing performance, with a surface roughness of Ra=0.2-0.4 μ m .

2. Burrs On The Metal Side:

Because the burrs in this area are located on the side of the part, can use our Veyerbrush oilstone grinding head to polish it. This grinding rod is made of fiber oilstone and has an elastic shaft that can flexibly contact the workpiece. It is suitable for use with CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, or electric and so on. It can effectively remove fine burrs with a small margin of 0.1mm after machining, and can be used for deburring gears, splines, connecting rods, valve bodies, crankshaft oil passage holes, and sharp corner rounding.
