ball hone assortment from VEYER

Below two are often used.

One is 120grit, coarse type, wildly used.

For example, it is generally gray iron, steel parts, and iron parts.

Burrs within 0.2mm can be removed.

Another is 320grit, fine type, high requirements.

It can reach smooth and shiny surface.

Suitable for polishing that requires relatively high smoothness. Commonly used metals include aluminum /alu. Alloy/copper parts, steel parts, and iron parts.

It can remove knife scratches and deburrs.

Others need to customize.

Sample Case: Customer asking from VEYER

If I will drill 8.5mm, then ream 8.7mm and need 8.7mm as smooth as possible. But after reaming sometimes there are some scratches.

I need more smooth work surface.  Then he can choose our 320grit ball hone.
